- 3 c. fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
- 3/4 c. mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 4 ounces Fruit flavored Yogurt (reserved for dressing)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Combine Spinach, salad greens, clementines, walnuts and pepper (feta cheese). Serve and top with 1 Tbsp of yogurt.
